Photographer, Director and Designer

Julianne Snow Gauron is a Boston based freelance photographer invested in creating authentic stories that show human connection and evoke emotion. Travel is a lifelong passion, hence Snow on the Road.

Her narrative photography encompasses conservation, agriculture, humanitarian, and adventure. Her work has been published in print media (both photo and writing) and she directed an award-winning documentary short film, Dear Senator. With more than a decade as an industrial designer, working on innovation and brand strategy for major brands in the tech and outdoor sector, she brings unique research and storytelling abilities to collaborations with clients. She partners with brands, non-profits, publications, and purpose driven organizations creating photographic narratives and directing documentary shorts to amplify clients’ stories.

She has lived in India, the Marshall Islands, England, Ireland and Italy, and travels widely for work and pleasure. Julianne skied as soon as she could walk, and raced Divisions 1 downhill in college. She lives outside Boston with her cat and dog, although in the summer she can be found in the ocean and the winter in the mountains.
